The Story…It all started in Italy
The story starts in Italy…a young aspiring chef looking for work, found his home in a small Italian Pizzeria in Central Italy.
The eager and passionate young chef began perfecting his craft and started developing his culinary skills in all things Italian!
The young chef started working in different establishments across Italy until he believed he had the perfect recipe…however…
Hello Wales!
The now experienced chef had to leave Italy and come all the way to sunny Wales due to family commitments. To support his family, the chef worked in different restaurants, worked as a delivery driver and as a shop assistant to make end meets. The chef with all his Italian experience behind him was determined to start his own business as he could not believe the quality of pizzas that were being served in Wales and the British public had taken to..they were not legit or authentic! With the money he saved, he bought his own pizza truck and started serving authentic Italian pizzas, calzones and pastas to the Swansea public under his new business name.. Italia Con Gusto…Italy with Taste! He was so popular, he wanted his own takeaway/restaurant, now where to find the place…

The chef looked around at the competition, some small businesses and some big corporations but no one selling pizzas like him!
He approached a family born and bred in Port Talbot for the last 30 years as a partner to bring freshly made stone baked pizzas, calzones, pastas and more to Port Talbot! Feroz, the once young aspiring chef, now mastering his craft at Casa Pizza…Pizza House, your newest and freshest pizzeria!
